SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
This Application requires Windows 3.1 or W.F.W.  3.11.

NOTE: This application also requires the file "VBRUN300.DLL" to be located in 
      your "windows\system" Directory in order to load and run correctly.



INSTALLATION
After having unzipped the "Easy Icons" Files, you should see these files.

    Readme.txt - This is the file you are now reading.

    EasyIcon.exe - Put in the directory of your choice.

    Cmdialog.vbx - Copy to your "c:\Windows\system" directory. Unless you
                   have a later version of this file allready there.

    Register.txt - Print this form to register this software.

    EasyIcon.hlp - Also Put this file in the same directory with "EasyIcon.exe"


NEW FEATURES IN VERSION 2.0
Easy Icons now allows you to easily View, Rename, or Delete any (*.ICO) file on
your system from the NEW "Icon Manager".  You will also be able to make multiple
selections and saves from the Viewer.  Version 2.0 Now includes a Windows Help
File so that you will be able to make full use of all that Easy Icons has to
offer.

ALL REGISTERED USERS
This is a free upgrade to all registered users of Easy Icons. Simply replace
your old version with this one and copy the help file to the same directory
as that of the "EasyIcon.exe" file.

DRAG AND DROP
"Easy Icons" also supports drag and drop from the File Manager.  Drag
any file from File Manager and drop it onto Easy Icons to view or extract
any of it's icons.


THIS IS SHAREWARE
We only ask that if you like and use this software that you register by
sending $8.00 along with your Name, Address and Phone number to the above
address.  Please state your media size (3.5" or 5.25") for future product
upgrades.  You may print the registration form from the Register.txt file.
